A one quart tapered handled oil pourer with a red ground and white lithographed branding. The body features text reading ONE QUART, Advanced, and HAVOLINE MOTOR OIL. A stamped mark reading QUART is impressed to the upper section of the body (photo 2). The handle features an embossed mark reading LIQUID MEASURE (photo 3). An embossed three-line mark is visible on the interior of the spout, reading 26P, USA, and SEAL (photo 6). The jug is constructed from tinplate with a fixed handle and an angled pouring spout.
Condition report:
Fair condition. Paint loss and oxidation to the exterior, particularly the base and seams, with a misshapen and dented spout tip. Remains structurally sound.
