A handled oil pourer featuring a green ground with lithographed Texaco branding. The body is of tapered, conical form with a vertical seam and a large D-shaped handle. The front and reverse features a circular white decal displaying a red five-pointed star with a central green T, accompanied by the text TEXACO above and REGD. T.M. below. The upper section incorporates a high-mounted, angled pouring spout. An applied lead Weights and Measures seal is present on the rim near the handle; however, the impressed characters are heavily worn and are not legible as a name or date.
Condition report:
Fair condition, used and unrestored. Widespread paint loss and chipping to the body and spout, with heavy weathering and flaking to the decals.
