The Automobilia & Petroliana Auction: Enamel Advertising Signs, Petrol Globes & Vintage Motoring Memorabilia

Our first dedicated Petroliana sale, held at the BARC Racing Circuit, Thruxton was a huge success with almost 300 lots offered and strong bidding throughout the day.

From enamel signs and petrol globes to oil cans and forecourt advertising, collectors showed real confidence in quality pieces, with several standout results featured in the carousel above. Strong online, commission and room bidding pushed prices well beyond expectations and confirmed the demand for well presented petroliana.

For a first sale in this category, the atmosphere, engagement and prices realised exceeded what we could have hoped for. A big thank you to everyone who consigned, viewed, bid and supported the auction.
