A Spreckley Brothers Ltd of Worcester advertising sign featuring a black ground divided by a diagonal red band. The reverse painted glass display features deeply incised gold leaf lettering reading ALES, SPRECKLEYS and STOUT. The lower right corner bears the maker mark for Brilliant Sign Co Ltd London. Housed in a metal frame with a natural verdigris finish, the reverse has been reinforced with a modern plywood panel and brass screws. 14 x 24 inches.
