A small rectangular lithographed tin motor spirit can with red ground, decorated with Shell Motor Spirit lettering in gold serif characters within a raised border panel. The sides feature vertical Shell lettering, and the top section displays an embossed shell pecten device beneath an applied strap handle, fitted with a threaded metal screw cap.
Condition report:
Fair condition. Paint loss and scratching across all panels, with flaking to the red field and wear to the gold lettering. Minor scattered indentations to the body.
