A flanged enamel advertising sign for Cycles Star, featuring a navy blue ground with orange lettering and border. The layout comprises the word CYCLES at the top, a diagonal STAR through the centre, and AGENCE at the bottom. To the left is a five-pointed star logo containing the word STAR vertically with 1888 beneath. The sign is of Belgian manufacture with printed marks within the lower border reading TAKE PAY.
