A Wills’s Gold Flake Cigarettes ceramic advertising ashtray of square-base pedestal form featuring a deep paraboloid well and a yellow glazed ground. The centre of the well is decorated with a transfer-printed red and black Gold Flake logo, with matching red serif lettering to the front-facing edge. The underside of the base is impressed with the registered design number 615924 and features a printed circular monogram mark containing the characters C and T, alongside the number 10630 and a circular Made in England stamp. The base retains its four original cork protector pads.
