A single-sided enamel advertising sign featuring an orange ground with black serif lettering for John Bull, set above the slogan The Long Service Tyre in white. To the left is the trademark logo depicting the John Bull figure wearing a Union Jack waistcoat within a rectangular border. The lower edge carries the maker mark John Bull Rubber Co Ltd Leicester Ref No 95 A. The reverse is finished in a dark metallic black coating with scattered surface oxidation. 46.5 inches by 15.5 inches.
