The sign features blue vertical block lettering and a central thermometer with scales in Fahrenheit and Centigrade. A white field to the right displays a green laurel wreath and a blue stylized Q oval containing the grade 20-50. The original glass thermometer tube is present, held by blue-painted metal brackets.
