A set of three vintage 2-gallon metal petrol cans manufactured for the Esso petroleum company. These rectangular cans are iconic examples of mid-20th-century industrial design, used for the storage and transport of fuel. Each can features an integral top-mounted carrying handle and a threaded brass filler cap. The set includes a light green can with an embossed circular logo, a red can with a black stencilled logo and safety warnings, and a dark green “Golden Extra” premium fuel container with stencilled lettering. These are original industrial items from the 1930s to 1950s era. 11″ H x 9.5″ W x 6″ D.
