A mid-20th century petrol pump globe advertising Esso Golden premium grade fuel. This original double-sided signage is constructed from heavy translucent opal milk glass in a classic oval form. The primary face features the iconic red Esso logo within a blue oval, positioned above the word GOLDEN in bold yellow lettering with red outlines. The interior neck is stamped with PROPERTY OF ESSO PETROLEUM CO, BRITISH MADE, and S & W (LIGHTING) LTD, along with a faint red numerical mark 1/64. This piece represents an authentic example of British automobilia from the 1950s or 1960s.
